- Stage 2
1st Stage Interview
Based on your CV, we believe you be a potential match for this role and the Snap team. As a result, a member of our Talent Acquisition team would like to organise an interview with you over Teams to get to know you a bit better.

Technical Interview
If you've reached this stage, we believe you may have the technical and soft skills required and be a good cultural fit for our team at Snap, so we'd like you to meet our Head of Data Engineering.
They'll be looking to do a deep dive into your career so far and your technical knowledge. They'll also look to understand your career aspirations and why you want to join Snap.
We'll be transparent and honest. Nothing's off the table, so if you have questions off the back of the last interview, make sure you ask them. This process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you!

Final Interview
If you've reached this stage, we believe you could be the right fit for this opportunity and our team at Snap, so we'd like you to meet our Delivery Director and potentially another member of our leadership team.
They'll be looking to understand more about your experience and your technical knowledge, and how that fits the role and what makes you tick.

Offer and References
Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer.
This will be sent by email and you can sign it digitally. At this point we'll also ask for some references. We'll wait until your offer is signed before reaching out to your current employer, but your offer will be contingent on those references.
