40 minutes with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
This will be an introductory conversation to:
- understand your career motivations and current situation
- explore your core experience, focusing on the requirements of the role you're interviewing for

Technical Deep Dive and Task
60 minute panel interview with our Head of IT (UK) and Head of Technology & Delivery (India)
This interview will dive deeper into your technical depth, problem solving, ability to work independently and will also involve a technical task to validate your real-world capability.

Culture and Team Fit Exploration
60 minute interview with a member of our Pune leadership team.
This interview will explore your culture and values alignment with Snap, your working style, stakeholder management and collaboration style.
