This will be an introductory conversation to:
- understand your career motivations and current situation
- explore your core experience, focusing on the requirements of the role you're interviewing for

Technical Deep Dive
60 minute Microsoft Teams call with a panel of our Consultants.
This interview will involve an in-depth discussion around your technical knowledge and skills, prior project experience, and your approach to problem solving and collaboration.

Exploring Autonomy, Strategic Thinking & Culture Fit
60 minute Microsoft Teams call with a member of our leadership team.
This will be a conversation focused on the qualities that make a successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Snap.
We’ll explore how you operate with autonomy, your ability to think strategically about building and evolving infrastructure and how you take ownership of complex problems. We’ll also discuss how you collaborate with others and how your ways of working align with our values and culture.
This will be either online or in-person, depending on availability.
