- Stage 2
Introductory Call (30-45 minutes)

Technical Interview (about 60 minutes)
Who: a Senior Consultant from our UK SAP practice
What we are assessing: your SAP data depth, including BW/4HANA, the source system side, Datasphere and BDC, and how you design.

Final Interview (60-75 minutes)
Who: our UK SAP Head of Practice and your future line manager in Pune
What we are assessing: further technical screening, how you work with clients, lead and support developers, and learn new platforms.
