Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Received

Your application has been received, it's now with a member of our team who will review it.  If you are a potential match, we may get in touch with some additional questions or we will arrange a call to learn more about your skills and experience.

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

1st Stage Interview

We believe you might have the right technical and consultancy skills to be a potential match for the team.  As a result we'd like to organise an interview you over Teams to learn more about you.

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview and we ask that you'd do the same if you don't think the role is going to be right for you.
Stage 3

Review

Your application is being reviewed by one of our team.  If you are a potential match, we'll get in touch with further questions or schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
Stage 4

Review

Your application has been forwarded internally for review.
Stage 5

2nd Interview (Technical)

If you've reached this stage, we believe you may have the technical skills and be a good cultural fit for the team at Snap and we'd like you to meet one of the leadership team or perhaps your potential future manager.  They will be looking to understand more about your experience and your technical knowledge, how that fits the role and what makes you tick.

We'll be transparent and honest.  Nothing's off the table.  So if you have questions off the back of the last interview make sure you ask them.  This whole process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you.
Stage 6

Offer & References

Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer.  This will be sent by email and you can sign it digitally.  At this point we'll also ask for some references.  We'll wait until your offer is signed before reaching out to your current employer (but your offer will be contingent on that reference).
