- Stage 2
1st Stage Interview
We believe you might have the right technical and commercial skills to be a potential match for our team. As a result, a member of our Talent Acquisition team would like to organise an interview with you over Teams to get to know you a bit better.
If we don't think you're a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview and we ask that you'd do the same if you don't think the role is going to be right for you.

- Stage 3
Technical Interview
If you've reached this stage, we believe you may have the technical and commercial skills and be a good cultural fit for our team at Snap, so we'd like you to meet our Head of Data Engineering.
They'll be looking to do a technical deep dive and may also look for you to complete a live technical task.
We'll be transparent and honest. Nothing's off the table, so if you have questions off the back of the last interview, make sure you ask them. This process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you!

- Stage 4
Final Interview
If you've reached this stage, we believe you could be the right fit for this opportunity and our team at Snap, so we'd like you to meet our Delivery Director and potentially another member of our leadership team.
They'll be looking to understand more about your experience and your technical knowledge, and how that fits the role and what makes you tick.

Offer & References
Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer.
This will be sent by email and you can sign it digitally. At this point we'll also ask for some references. We'll wait until your offer is signed before reaching out to your current employer, but your offer will be contingent on those references.
