Stage 1

Application Received

Your application will be reviewed carefully by our talent acquisition team based on the roles requirements. 

If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to invite you to a first-stage interview. If we don't think you're the right fit on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 
Stage 2

Getting to Know You

30 minutes with a member of our talent acquisition team.

This will be an introductory conversation to explore your core experience, understand your career motivations, and discuss some logistical details.

This will be online.  
Stage 3

Deep Dive into Your Skills

60 minutes with our our Head of Finance and Operations and a member of our Operations team.

This stage is designed to explore your hands-on experience and practical skills to ensure they align with the key responsibilities of the role. It’s a great opportunity for you to showcase how you approach real-world tasks, solve problems, and contribute to a collaborative office environment.

The conversation will focus on understanding how your experience can support our growing team in Pune.

Stage 4

A Chance to Explore More

60 minutes with our Head of Strategy & Operations and our Senior People Manager in India. 

This is a chance for us to get to know you beyond your skills and experience, focusing on your career aspirations, cultural fit, and how your values align with the way we work at Snap.

This conversation will focus on what motivates you, how you like to work, and what you're looking for in your next role. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any final questions and get a feel for our vision and culture as we continue to grow in India.
