Stage 1

Application Received

Your application will be reviewed carefully by our talent acquisition team based on the roles requirements. 

If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to invite you to a first-stage interview. If we don't think you're the right fit on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 
Stage 2

Getting to Know You

30 minutes with a member of our talent acquisition team.

This will be an introductory conversation to explore your core experience, understand your career motivations, and discuss some logistical details.

This will be online.  
Stage 3

Deep Dive Interview

45 minutes with our Senior People Manager

In this stage, we’ll take a deeper look at your recruitment experience, especially within technical and consultancy environments. We’ll explore how you’ve built high-performing teams, your approach to stakeholder management, and how you’ve supported scaling businesses.

This will be online. 
Stage 4

Strategic & Technical Interview

45 minutes with our Head of Strategy and Operations  

This final stage will focus on your understanding of the data and analytics space, including the types of roles you’ll be hiring for (e.g. Data Engineers, AI Consultants, Data Visualisation Specialists). 

We’ll also discuss how you approach hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth consultancy setting.

This will either be online or in our Pune office.
