45 minutes with a member of our talent acquisition team.
This will be an introductory conversation to explore your core experience, understand your career motivations, and discuss some logistical details.

Technical Deep Dive
60 mins with one of our Consultants.
This interview will involve a deep dive into your technical background, skills in architectural design, and project leadership experience.

- Stage 4
Presentation & Exploring Cultural Alignment
90 minutes with members of our leadership team.
This stage will be split into two; a presentation that you will prepare and deliver and then a cultural interview.
The presentation aims to assess your communication, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness, and the cultural interview will assess how your values align with ours, your consulting mindset, and your overall fit within the team and company culture.
This will be in-person in our Bristol office.
