Stage 1

Application Received

Your application will be reviewed carefully by our talent acquisition team based on the role’s requirements.

If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to invite you to a first-stage interview. If we don't think you're the right fit on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Stage 2

Getting to Know You

45 minutes with a member of our talent acquisition team.

This will be an introductory conversation to explore your core experience, understand your career motivations, and discuss some logistical details.

This will be online.
Stage 3

Technical Deep Dive

60 minutes with members of our Service Excellence team.

This stage will focus on your technical experience, including service delivery, process improvement, tooling, and your approach to managing SLAs and KPIs. We’ll also explore your familiarity with relevant platforms and methodologies.

This will be online.
Stage 4

Culture & Commercial Fit

60 minutes with member of our Senior Leadership team.

This conversation will explore your alignment with our values, leadership style, and commercial mindset. We’ll also discuss how you approach stakeholder management, team development, and driving service excellence at scale.

This can be online or in-person.
