Stage 1

Application Received

Your application will be reviewed carefully by our talent acquisition team based on the roles requirements. 

If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to invite you to a first-stage interview. If we don't think you're the right fit on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 
Stage 2

Getting to Know You

40 minutes with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

This will be an introductory conversation to:

- understand your career motivations and current situation
- explore your core experience, focusing on the requirements of the role you're interviewing for
- assess your culture fit against Snap's values
- discuss some logistical details.

This will be online.  
Stage 3

Live Coding Task

60 mins with one of our Consultants.

This stage will involve a live coding task aimed at understanding how you approach real-world challenges, apply your core skills, and communicate your thinking. It’s an opportunity for us to get a sense of your practical capabilities in a role-relevant context.

Stage 4

Technical Deep Dive

60 mins with a panel of our consultants.

This interview will focus on assessing your technical expertise, exploring your previous projects, and evaluating your ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.

This will be online.
Stage 5

Exploring Cultural Alignment

60 minutes with one of our Consultants

This will be a conversation focused on understanding how your values align with ours and assessing your overall fit within the team and company culture.

This will either be online or in-person in our Bristol office, depending on availability.
