Stage 1

Application Received

Your application will be reviewed carefully by our Talent Acquisition team based on the roles requirements. 

If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to invite you to a first-stage interview. If we don't think you're the right fit on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 
Stage 2

Getting to Know You

40 minutes with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

This will be an introductory conversation to:

- understand your career motivations and current situation
- explore your core experience, focusing on the requirements of the role you're interviewing for
- assess your culture fit against Snap's values
- discuss some logistical details.

This will be online.  
Stage 3

Technical Deep Dive

60 minute Microsoft Teams call with a member of our Data Platforms team.

This interview will involve an in-depth discussion around your technical knowledge and skills, prior project experience, and your approach to leadership, problem solving and collaboration.
Stage 4

Exploring Consulting, Leadership & Culture Fit

60 minute Microsoft Teams call with two members of our Pune leadership team.

This will be a conversation focused on the qualities that make a successful senior consultant in our team. 

We'll explore your consulting approach, leadership style, and ability to build strong client relationships, as well as how you align with our values and ways of working.
