I would like to do an internship with you, can I apply?

Yes. Each year we generally take interns and welcome CVs from talented individuals interested in the work we do. Our internships are typically for 12 months and run from September through to August each year.

Do you offer hybrid or remote working?

Yes. We have an agile working policy which allows employees to work remotely or on a hybrid basis between our offices and home if the role permits.

Do you have fixed working hours?

Generally not for most roles unless advertised. We operate an agile working policy which gives employees the right to work their contracted hours at a time that suits them, but must be between 8am and 6pm to ensure we maintain continuity of service to our clients through out the day.

How do the interviews work?

Depending on the role, we might offer a one stage or a two stage interview.  These are typically conducted via Teams but where possible we will always try to meet face to face. You will meet one of our hiring managers plus another senior member of staff or a member of the Executive Board. During the interviews we will discuss your skills, your technical experience and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role advertised.
