Our new joiners receive extensive training and support to ensure they are ready to join our Delivery Teams. Working towards recognised technical certifications and putting their skills into practice on mini assignments whilst they learn the theory behind what we do. This enables them to learn both technical and business skills and behaviours that will equip them when working with clients and colleagues.
