Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

Your application has been received as is now with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team for review.

If you are a potential match, we'll be in touch to arrange a Teams call to learn more about your skills and experience and tell you a bit more about Snap!

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

1st Stage Interview

We believe you might have the right technical and consultancy skills to be a potential match for the team. As a result we'd like to organise an interview over Teams to learn more about you.

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview and we ask that you'd do the same if you don't think the role is going to be right for you.
Stage 3

Technical Assignment

As part of our hiring process, you will be given a take-home technical assignment designed to assess your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

This assignment will include a set of coding or technical questions relevant to the role, allowing you to demonstrate your expertise in a practical, real-world scenario.
Stage 4

Presentation and Technical Interview

If you've reached this stage, we believe you may have the technical skills and be a good cultural fit for the team at Snap and we'd like you to meet some members of our leadership team. They will be looking to understand more about your experience and your technical knowledge through a presentation, and how that fits the role and what makes you tick.

We'll be transparent and honest. Nothing's off the table, so if you have questions off the back of the last interview, make sure you ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you.
Stage 5

Offer & References

Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer.

This will be sent by email and you can sign it digitally.  At this point we'll also ask for some references.  We'll wait until your offer is signed before reaching out to your current employer (but your offer will be contingent on that reference).
